A manufacturing method of a polymer mold comprises the steps of: forming an initial fine structure pattern on a first substrate; manufacturing a master mold forming a fine structure pattern by transforming the initial fine structure on the first substrate; manufacturing a polymer mold by coating a polymer solution on the master mold and hardening the result; and separating the hardened polymer mold from the master mold. A manufacturing method of a fine structure comprises the steps of: coating a polymer solution on the manufactured polymer mold; primarily hardening the polymer solution by radiating ultraviolet rays to the polymer solution; locating a second substrate on the polymer solution coated on the polymer mold, and secondarily hardening the coated polymer solution; and completing a fine structure by separating the polymer mold from the hardened polymer solution. The present invention is capable of manufacturing a fine structure with improved attachment properties to materials having a flexible surface, compared to the fine structures manufactured by existing methods, which is possible by transforming the fine structure through a step of an etching transformation or an oxidation of the initial fine structure. In addition, by applying the step of hardening the fine structure by going through the two processes, the fine structure can be applied easily on an absorbent surface such as fabric or the like. Lastly, hydrophilicity can be given to the surface of the fine structure.
