摘要

一种牙线棒之制造方法与设备，其制造方法依序包含有：结合塑型、冷却、烧切、断开及集料，其中，该结合塑型系透过设置有牙线棒形体沟槽之牙线棒模具夹掣一牙线体，透过注料装置注入塑料至牙线棒形体沟槽内，将该塑料冷却后即形成一牙线棒框架，该牙线棒框架包含有一支架及至少一牙线棒，每一牙线棒系包含有一开口部及一握持部，使每条牙线体都系穿设于开口部两端，而每个牙线棒系透过塑料棒体连结该支架；续利用烧切装置施以热能烧切，该热能烧切可以系电热烧切或雷射烧切，以300℃~450℃之温度将连接开口部两端外缘的牙线体烧切，藉由该高温使该牙线体烧切处烧结形成蒂头，令蒂头与开口部两端外缘相抵固使牙线牢固于开口部两端，再利用断开装置进行冲压断开，使牙线棒与支架分离并加以收集。 Process of manufacturing dental floss comprising ejection molding, cooling, heating, punching and collecting.
