一种太阳能电池、其模组及其制造方法，该制造方法包含：准备一基板；于该基板的一主表面形成一掺杂层；形成一抗反射层于该主表面上；形成一图案化的透明导电层于该抗反射层上；网印一图案化的导电胶层于该主表面上，其中该透明导电层作为一遮挡层并使该导电胶层仅有部分与该抗反射层接触；进行一烧结制程使该导电胶层形成一接触该掺杂层之电极层。藉由该透明导电层作为遮挡层，使烧结形成的该电极层仅有局部接触该掺杂层而非整面接触，进而能减少该掺杂层的表面缺陷，降低载子表面复合速率，以提升光电流与光电转换效率。; forming a doped layer on a main surface of the substrate; forming an anti-reflective layer on the main surface; forming a patterned translucent conductive layer on the anti-reflective layer; and screen printing a patterned conductive paste layer on the main surface, the translucent conductive layer being used as a blocking layer to allow a part of the conductive paste layer to contact the anti-reflective layer; and transforming the conductive paste layer into an electrode layer contacting the doped layer using sintering techniques. The use of the translucent conductive layer as a blocking layer permits the electrode layer formed by the sintering process to only contact the doped layer partially, so as to reduce surface defects of the doped layer and decrease the surface recombination velocity, thereby enhancing the light current and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
