本发明公开了一种用于基板上的标识结构、基板以及形成基板的标识结构的方法，标识结构包括设置在该基板上的标识，标识用于识别该基板，所述标识结构包括：横向长度标志，设置在标识的横向侧，以用于判断标识的横向位置是否偏移；竪向长度标志，设置在标识的竪向侧，以用于判断标识的竪向位置是否偏移。本发明通过在基板上的标识的周围设置横向长度标志以及纵向长度标志，对标识的横向偏移量以及纵向偏移量提供标准，以便于检测人员对标识的位置是否符合标准进行判断。解决了检测人员以人眼辨识来判断标识的位置是否正常，在无任何标准基础依据下，皆只能以感觉去评判，无法在第一时间立即判断是否正常的问题。其中，上述的标识可以是ID码。; a vertical length marking located on vertical side of the marking for determining whether the vertical position of the marking is deviated.
