摘要
一种LaPO4:Tm 3+ 萤光粉材料包含一LaPO4:Tm 3+ 材料及一奈米碳管/奈米线材料。该LaPO4:Tm 3+ 萤光粉材料制造方法包含:将于一硝酸溶液混合预制一LaPO4:Tm 3+ 溶液;将该LaPO4:Tm 3+ 溶液与奈米碳管/奈米线材料进行混合,以形成一混合溶液,并产生一前驱物;将该混合溶液进行共同沉降、离心分离,以产生一沉淀物;将该沉淀物进行乾燥及研磨,以产生一研磨粉材料;将该研磨粉材料进行高温烧结,以形成一LaPO4:Tm 3+ 萤光粉材料。; mixing the LaPO4:Tm 3+ solution and the carbon nanotube/nanowire material to form a mixed solution with precursors; co-precipitating the mixed solution to form precipitation; drying and grinding the precipitation to form a ground powder; sintering the ground powder in high temperature to form the LaPO4:Tm 3+ phosphor material.
