一种LaPO4：Tm 3+ 萤光粉材料包含一LaPO4：Tm 3+ 材料及一奈米碳管/奈米线材料。该LaPO4：Tm 3+ 萤光粉材料制造方法包含：将于一硝酸溶液混合预制一LaPO4：Tm 3+ 溶液；将该LaPO4：Tm 3+ 溶液与奈米碳管/奈米线材料进行混合，以形成一混合溶液，并产生一前驱物；将该混合溶液进行共同沉降、离心分离，以产生一沉淀物；将该沉淀物进行乾燥及研磨，以产生一研磨粉材料；将该研磨粉材料进行高温烧结，以形成一LaPO4：Tm 3+ 萤光粉材料。; mixing the LaPO4:Tm 3+ solution and the carbon nanotube/nanowire material to form a mixed solution with precursors; co-precipitating the mixed solution to form precipitation; drying and grinding the precipitation to form a ground powder; sintering the ground powder in high temperature to form the LaPO4:Tm 3+ phosphor material.
