The present invention relates to a dome valve wherein an adjust system is mounted. The present invention comprises: a body and a side frame wherein an accommodating unit is formed; a flange cover wherein an inlet interlocked with the accommodating unit is formed; a dome shaped of a ball; a seat ring unit close to or spaced from the ball; a valve stem and a bottom stem; a bottom cover covering the bottom stem; a joint coupled to the valve stem, and an actuator key connected to the joint; a first adjust bolt connected to a stopper to an inner side of the joint; a needle bearing and a bearing bushing connected to a bush holder; an adjust flange connected to the bearing bushing; and a second adjust bolt and an adjust nut clamped in the adjust flange.
