The present invention relates to a frame element for earmuffs, and earmuffs using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a frame element for earmuffs comprises left and right earmuffs which can be worn on a user′s left and right ears, respectively, in a way that the user inserts their ears into the earmuffs, wherein an outer cover covers a plastic frame element which maintains the shape of the earmuffs, both opened end parts of a flat type plastic board prepared in a hollow elliptical form are transformed to have a three-dimensional effect by being overlapped as much as a fixed length, being ultrasonic-welded, and being combined in one body; a part of the hollow elliptical plastic board has a planar part as long as a fixed length around the ultrasonic-welded part. |
