The present invention relates to a horizontal winding device for a strip-shaped component to wind the strip-shaped component inputted into an automated facility and aligning the component regularly in connection with a slip sheet. The composition is characterized by including a component supply unit (1) continuously supplying the strip-shaped component (P); a winding unit (3) winding the component supplied from the component supplying unit (1) by a form of a reel; a component guide unit (5) installed between the component supply unit (1) and the winding unit (3) to guide the component (P) and including a pinch roller (7) gripping the component (P) to supply; a slip-sheet supplying unit (15) supplying the slip sheet (S) to the winding unit (3); a first roof forming unit (25) installed between the component supplying unit (1) and the winding unit (3) and forming a U-shaped roof of the component to maintain the tension of the component (P) uniform; and a second roof forming unit (35) supplying the component (P) in the state of no load to the winding unit (3) by forming a U-shaped roof of the component (P). |
