The present invention relates to a functional food manufacturing method for preventing and improving diabetes using bitter gourd as a main ingredient and, more specifically, a functional food manufacturing method for preventing and improving diabetes using bitter gourd as a main ingredient, which is manufactured in a tablet form by mainly using bitter gourd known as a natural insulin and by adding date and burdock which facilitate digestion and condense the bitter gourd to the bitter gourd, thereby having an effect of preventing diabetes and of decreasing blood sugar of people with diabetes, comprising a screening collecting step of screening and collecting immature bitter gourd. |
