A separation apparatus for a floating marine structure is disclosed. The separation apparatus for a floating marine structure according to the present invention comprises: a separator mounted onto a floating marine structure, and separating a well fluid into gas, oil, and water components in terms of specific gravity; a weir member provided inside the separator, and impounding the water component located in a lower part of the oil component inside the separator; and an overflow blocking module connected to the weir member, and preventing the water component from overflowing over the weir member during the movement of the floating marine structure.
