The present invention relates to an air filter system for an air duct of a vehicle with a roll-shaped air filter characterized by including: a housing formed into a box shape with an internal cavity, having an air inlet and an air outlet on the surfaces facing each other respectively, and connected to the air duct of the vehicle; the roll-shaped air filter having both ends formed into a roll shape wound around a winding reel and an unwinding reel embedded to be transferred by being interlocked with the rotation of the winding reel while being closely adhering perpendicularly to the inner end of the air inlet of the housing unit; a first driving means connected to the winding reel to transmit power and selectively rotating the air filter to wind the air filter around the winding reel as much as a predetermined length; and a control unit electrically connected to the first driving means and a vehicle control unit respectively, rotating the winding reel of the air filter to remove the contaminated part of the air filter from a setting position by driving the first driving means whenever the vehicle reaches a preset accumulated driving distance, and setting a new part of the air filter transferred by being unwound from the unwinding reel at the setting position. |
