MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PACKING BOX AND PRODUCT THEREOF

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an expansion plate of packing box and product thereof to reduce waste of raw material through reduction of bad product by recognizing all as genuine product if even a bit of all error range display parts is remained on a packing box expansion plate manufactured by cutting which comprises stages of: preparing raw material in a shape of square corrugated cardboard or thick paper for manufacturing a hexahedron packing box; printing the raw material while printing a pattern on an outer surface of the packing box at a portion forming the expansion plate which is outer surface of the raw material and displaying a number of error range display part which shows the range of error of cutting position at a cutting portion which is circumferential portion of the expansion plate of the packing box; cutting and manufacturing the expansion plate through Tomson process to cut by pressing circumference of the expansion plate of the packing box after inserting the raw material into Tomson machine; and genuine product screening to recognize all as genuine product if even a bit of error range display parts is remained on the outer surface of the packing box expansion plate cut.
