The present invention is a method to realize an assembly just-in-time (AJIT) system which monitors real-time production facility condition and provision status and provides the monitoring data to workers in order to enhance reliability of plans in planning systems of manufacturers. The AJIT system of the present invention monitors production facility condition of delay process, plans, and performance, notifies workers which product to work on, and schedules the facilities for the delay process. The system is run every time an event is generated from each production step, notifying workers in real-time which product to work on, thus minimizing production time for workers. Furthermore, the present invention minimizes down-time of the delay process facilities for the production steps, thus maximizing the productivity of the facilities and minimizing manufacturers′ investments in facilities. |
