A MEDIUM FOR CULTURING DONOR CELLS ON PREPARATION OF CLONED CANIDAE USING SOMATIC CELL NUCLEAR TRANSFER AND THE USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to an efficient in vitro culture system using nuclear transfer technology for cloning Canidae and, more specifically, to a culture medium composition which produces an optimal effect in culturing a nuclear donor cell used in somatic cell or stem cell nuclear transfer for Canidae, and the use thereof. The present invention provides a qualitatively or quantitatively enhanced nuclear donor cell which has excellent proliferation ability, stemness (totipotency), reprogramming capability and telomerase activity necessary for cloning Canidae, thus remarkably increasing the efficiency of the successful nuclear transfer in cloning Canidae.
