The present invention provides an apparatus for printing a nano-device. The apparatus for printing a nano-device comprises: a first electrode projecting on a substrate as being wedge-shaped; an oxide film provided to the first electrode and having an opening unit wherein the first electrode is exposed; a sixth electrode provided on the oxide film and penetrated by the opening unit; a fourth and a fifth electrode provided between the first and the sixth electrode inside the oxide film and facing each other to a first direction; and a second and a third electrode provided between the fourth and the fifth electrode and the fist electrode inside the oxide film and facing each other to a second direction crossing the first direction at right angles.
