The present invention relates to a handrail post connecting apparatus for a deck road which can connect handrail posts quickly and firmly with connection ropes using a simple assembling process by mounting an upper cap on the upper portion of a handrail post and inserting a connection rope through the upper cap and the upper portion of the handrail post, and conveniently mount the upper cap which covers the upper portion of the handrail post while inserting the connection rope. The connecting apparatus connects a plurality of handrail posts fixed and arranged on both sides of the upper portion of a deck road in the longitudinal direction at regular intervals. The handrail post has a hollow upper portion in a pipe form. The connecting apparatus comprises: a plurality of rope penetration holes formed on a circumferential surface of the upper portion of the handrail post at equal intervals; an upper cap mounted on the upper portion of the handrail post and provided with an upper cover plate, a circumference cover plate, and a pair of exposure penetration holes formed on the circumference cover plate (52) to face each other; and a connection rope inserted through the pair of exposure penetration holes and two rope penetration holes facing each other among the plurality of rope penetration holes while the upper cap is mounted on the upper portion of the handrail post. |
