The production method for this frozen noodle includes: a step in which a composition that contains at least water oil/fat and a polysaccharide thickener and that has a viscosity of 30 2000 mPa·s at 60 °C is affixed to cooked noodles; and a step in which the noodles to which the composition has been affixed are frozen. |
