Disclosed is a pre-swirl stator manufacturing method using a protruded stern boss casting. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a pre-swirl stator coupling structure using a protruded stern boss casting comprises: a stern boss casting having a plurality of boss protrusions on the outer circumference to be welded; a steel joint member corresponding to the boss protrusions to be welded and joined to the boss protrusions; and a pre-swirl stator provided in a streamlined shape to guide the flow of seawater to a propeller arranged the stern of a hull and welded and joined to the top of the steel joint member. A joint welding the boss protrusion to the steel joint member and the steel joint member to the pre-swirl stator is ground or cut to correspond to the streamlined shape of the pre-swirl stator.
