<p>The device has a reservoir (10), an outlet (12), and a slide (14) with a cell (16) that accommodates a single pill e.g. tablet. The slide is movable between one position in which the slide prevents the pill from coming out of the device, and another position in which the pill is allowed to move into the cell. The cell communicates with the outlet upon movement of the slide. A tilting mechanism (82) ensures pivoting of the pill according to a pivot axis (86) prior to its introduction into the cell to orient the pill in a longitudinal direction corresponding to largest dimension of the cell.</p> |
