<p>The present invention provides a constructive system for constructing roofs based on interconnected components for the assembly thereof and process for producing the same, including the assembling system and the process for producing the same which is essentially hollow made of an extruded or pultruded thermoplastic material, which mainly includes a couple of parallel sheets or separated panels connected therebetween by ribs extended lengthwise said couple of sheets or panels, which have a plurality of intermediate connectors, where the areas of said flat sheets and ribs are assembled for providing support and body to a monolithic system which may be used for the roofing formation. The embodiments of the present invention include a flat tile-shaped sheet or panel with a curve shape and resembling overlapped tiles in different sizes and forms. The hollow thermoplastic or thermoset constructive component of the present invention substantially improves the assembling times for constructi ng roofs of different thicknesses, increasing the properties of the mechanical resistance of the system, as well as the versatility to be applied to different constructive elements of housing, industries, malls, hospitals and schools, amongst other types of spaces or constructive requirements. The present invention also provides the assembling methods for making arrangements between panels or sheets and connectors, ribs or coupling elements, for forming different arrangements of monolithically assembled sets, mainly in a longitudinal or parallel manner, thus showing a novel constructive system that is highly versatile and easily and quickly assembled for the development of areas for housing, offices and other construction requirements. The invention includes a method for the production of upper and lower plates of the system, as well as ribs and means for coupling and connecting the ribs to said plates.</p> |
