The present invention relates to a receiving apparatus of a resonance type wireless power transmission device which receives AC power transmitted from a wireless transmission device, converts the AC power into DC power, and outputs the DC power, and a wireless power transmission device having the same. The receiving apparatus of a resonance type wireless power transmission device can improve power transmission efficiency. The receiving apparatus of a resonance type wireless power transmission device according to the present invention, includes a receiving part which receives a resonance wave transmitted from a transmission device and generates AC power, a switching part which receives the AC power from the receiving part, selectively turns on/off switching elements, controls a phase of the AC power, and converts the AC power into DC power, and a control part which controls the switching element to allow the resonance frequency of the receiving device to be matched with the frequency of a power signal transmitted from the transmission device, according to the frequency of a power signal transmitted from the transmission device. |
