A DEVICE AND A METHOD FOR SURFACING A BOTTOMED SUBMARINE

The present specification discloses a device and method to surface a bottomed submarine, which is easy to perform even when a submarine has bottomed broadly or when the submarine has bottomed on a very adhesive seafloor. The device and method aim to increase the operability and stability of a submarine when it surfaces. The device comprises: a bilge pump which brings in seawater from outside and supplies it to a first seawater supply pipe; a first seawater supply pipe whose one end connects to a bilge pump with an other end that connects to a seawater discharge device for supplying the seawater from the bilge pump to the seawater discharge device; a second seawater supply pipe installed in between the body of the submarine and bilge pump to supply seawater to the bilge pump; and a seawater discharge device which discharges the seawater supplied by the first seawater supply pipe to the surface where the submarine is bottomed and forms a water film.
