The present invention relates to an insulating detergent composition and, more specifically, to an insulating detergent composition which comprises: a) 100-200 parts by weight of 1,1-dichloroethene; b) 250-300 parts by weight of ISOPAR G manufactured by the EXXON company; c) 50-100 parts by weight of pentafluoro ethane; and d) 100-200 parts by weight of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, and which is used in an insulated electricity-conducting device, leading to a good washing effect.
