PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abnormal sound of a mounting structure of a capacitor.SOLUTION: A distance between a portion of first to fourth pads 11a to 11d positioned at one end and a portion thereof positioned at the other end in the length direction is defined as Lx. A distance between a portion of the first to fourth pads 11a to 11d positioned at one end and a portion thereof positioned at the other end in the width direction is defined as Wx. A distance between a portion of a plurality of outer electrodes 25 to 28 positioned at one end and a portion thereof positioned at the other end in the length direction is defined as Lc. A distance between a portion of a plurality of outer electrodes 25 to 28 positioned at one end and a portion thereof positioned at the other end in the width direction is defined as Wc. The equations Lc>Wc and Lx/Wx
