PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for sending electrical power to an arbitrary number of loads.SOLUTION: A plurality of nodes and an arbitrary number of power lines connected to the plurality of nodes are selected to send electrical power from an arbitrary number of sources to an arbitrary number of loads on the basis of a capacity to send the electrical power through the plurality of nodes and the arbitrary number of power lines. The plurality of nodes are configured into a circuit to carry the electrical power from the arbitrary number of sources to the arbitrary number of loads using the plurality of nodes. The plurality of nodes are controlled to send the electrical power through the circuit to the arbitrary number of loads using an arbitrary number of agent processes associated with the plurality of nodes.
