PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body structure which prevents a situation where a battery provided at the front side of a power plant crashes the power plant even if a rear-end collision occurs in an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle 10 includes: a rear bracket (an attachment member) 50 which attaches a power plant 31 to a vehicle body 11; a battery 20 provided at the front side of the power plant 31; side members (first frame members) 15, 16 extending in a fore and aft direction of the vehicle body 11; a bumper beam (a second frame member) 40 which is fixed to the side members 15, 16, is provided at the rear side of the power plant 31, and extends in a vehicle width direction; and a protruding part 60 which is fixed to a range of the bumper beam 40, which faces the rear bracket 50, and protrudes to the rear bracket 50 side relative to both vehicle width direction side parts of the range. |
