PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner that suppresses noise generated by a fan.SOLUTION: An air cleaner 10 blows air sucked by a fan rotor 25 from a lower air blow chamber 31a out through a humidifying element 24 of an upper humidifying chamber 31c after the air passes through an air cleaning filter 22 of an upper air cleaning chamber 31b. An air blowing device 28 as a sound source is positioned at the lowest position, so when the output of a fan motor 26 is large, sounds generated by the fan motor 26 and the fan rotor 25 are attenuated by the air cleaning filter 22 and humidifying element 24, so that noise is suppressed. |
