PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic particle dispersion, an inorganic particle-containing composition, coating, a plastic substrate with coating and a display device having sharp particle size distribution and less water content.SOLUTION: The inorganic particle dispersion is a dispersion where an inorganic particle is dispersed in a dispersion medium by a dispersant having a hydrolyzable group, contains a basic material and has the water content of 1 mass% or less.
