<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain formulations which promote claudin and occludin production, and enhance a tight junction function in order to enhancing a skin barrier function and a moisture retaining function, and preventing skin symptoms such as a dry skin, a rough skin, atopic dermatitis, and various infectious diseases.SOLUTION: The solubilization material of a shell having a pearl and/or a pearl layer was able to promote claudin production to obtain a formulation for enhancing a tight junction function.</p> |
