<p>Provided are an illumination device and a display device that can suppress damage to a light guide plate or an optical sheet caused by vibration of the optical sheet. Three supported pieces (412, 422, 432) disposed in a stacked manner are pasted to a second frame body (32) using adhesive tape (51). The supported pieces (412, 422, 432) are disposed in the given order from the front surface side to the back surface side, and increase in surface area in the given order. Therefore, approaching the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape (51) from the front surface side, the portions not covered by another supported piece (412, 422, 432) of the front surface of each of the supported pieces (412, 422, 432) sufficiently adhere to the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape (51). Therefore, it is possible to reliably paste the supported pieces (412, 422, 432) to the second frame body (32). As a result, it is possible to easily suppress vibrations of optical sheets (41, 42, 43) having the supported pieces (412, 422, 432).</p> |
