<p>The invention relates to a method for moulding an object (12') by powder injection, which includes the following steps: (a) producing a powder or a mixture of powders in the presence of a binder, for example polymer binder; (b) injecting the powder or mixture of powders into a mould; (c) debinding the object formed in the mould; and (d) sintering said object. The method is characterised in that, prior to implementing step (d), the object (12') is arranged against at least one element with a finite curvature radius (10', 10") i.e. non-planar, such that, during step (d), the object is curved according to a predetermined curvature radius.</p> |
