<p>In order to increase resolving power by two or more times the Nyquist frequency, an X-ray imaging device (1) is provided with a high-capacity processed-image storage means (8) in which an expanded memory space is set corresponding to a coordinate space in which a frame image is enlarged by a factor of M × N by dividing a recording region for each pixel into M rows horizontally and N columns vertically, and an image processing means (10) for recording the shapes of light-receiving surfaces of pixels as a signal distribution in M × N units of memory corresponding to the pixel position for each pixel of the frame image, and adding in each unit of memory an output signal of the pixel when an image detector (3) is moved a minute amount, while proportionally dividing the output signal among the M × N units of memory for each pixel in accordance with the position during movement. Pixels (20) are disposed so that the arrangement direction thereof is inclined relative to the movement direction of the image detector (3), and the pixels (20) of the image detector (3) each have a photoreceptor area (21) and a dead area (22).</p> |
