<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high frequency switch module capable of more surely attenuating a high frequency signal emitted from an antenna without using an additional component for attenuating the high frequency signal.SOLUTION: A low-pass filter 12 connected between an individual port PIC11 of a switch element 11 and a high frequency switch module 10 attenuates a second harmonic wave and third harmonic wave of a transmission signal inputted to a first transmission signal input terminal PtxL. Further, in an end E12P at a first transmission signal input terminal PtxL side, element values of inductors GLt1 and GLt2 and capacitors GCc1, GCc2, GCu1, GCu2 and GCu3 which configures the low-pass filter 12 so that a phase of a high frequency signal Sh(PA) by a power amplification and a phase of a high frequency signal S(sw180) obtained by phase-rotating a high frequency signal S(sw) due to distortion of the switch element 11 with the low-pass filter 12 differ from each other by 180°.</p> |
