PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium binding luminescent protein that has high IgG binding ability, detects IgG in higher sensitivity and has IgG binding ability.SOLUTION: The fusion protein of ZZ domain having ability to bind to the Fc region of IgG and an apoaequorin being a calcium binding luminescent protein is used. The fusion protein is useful for detecting or measuring a calcium ion or detecting IgG.
