The information regarding the one or more wireless networks consists of at least part of information that is provided to the abovementioned terminal device by an information provision device that provides, to the device that performs the abovementioned mobile communication, information regarding wireless networks that are different from the abovementioned mobile communication network. Each of the abovementioned one or more wireless networks is a wireless-communication wireless network to which the abovementioned other terminal device can connect via an authentication procedure.
