The present invention relates to a collision shock-absorbing device comprising: a rail provided to the bottom thereof; a front support provided to the front end of the rail to be pushed along the rail when a shock is applied thereto; a rear support provided to the rear end of the rail; and a buffer provided from the front support to the rear support at a predetermined height from the bottom to absorb the shock while a pipe is expanding by a punch, wherein the device is provided to the road so as to effectively absorb the shock at the time of a vehicle collision such that the safety of a passenger can be promoted to minimize the loss of lives and the damage to vehicles can be reduced to minimize property damage. |
