A fuel supply device (1) is provided with a fuel pump (42) and a filter case (43) that accommodates a fuel filter (464). Fuel that is pumped from within a fuel tank (2) by the fuel pump (42) is filtered by the fuel filter (464) and supplied to an internal combustion engine (3) side from within the filter case (43). A port member (44) that is joined to the filter case (43) integrally comprises a plurality of fuel ports (440, 441, 442) that connect the interior of the filter case (43) to the exterior of the filter case (43).
