<p>A joint structure of a carbon fiber composite core wire is used in electric power transmission and comprises a wire and a connection joint. The wire comprises a wire core and a conducting layer clad on the wire core. The connection joint comprises a steel anchor and a jumper conductor clamper connected to the steel anchor. A final segment of the steel anchor is provided with an inner lamination connection pipe, and an outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner lamination connection pipe. A cavity for embedding of a wire core is disposed in the inner lamination connection pipe. In the joint structure of the carbon fiber composite core wire, by adding an inner lamination connection pipe and an outer sleeve sleeved outside the inner lamination connection pipe, so that when the carbon fiber composite core wire is in wire clamp lamination, the lamination force is applied on the wire through two pipe walls; in this manner, the lamination force is dispersed on the force-carrying steel anchor, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the force applied on the carbon fiber composite core wire, and improving the grip strength of the connection joint on the carbon fiber composite core wire.</p> |
