The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of kimchi by adding mistletoe, comprising a kimchi manufacturing preparing step (S100) of preparing cabbage, seasoning sauces and a mistletoe composition; a cutting pickling step (S200) of cutting prepared cabbage into half or a fourth in a height direction and picking the same for 18 hours; a stuffed cabbage manufacturing step (S300) of mixing the seasoning sauce with the mistletoe composition and aging the same for 24 hours, manufacturing a mixed seasoning sauce with the added mistletoe composition; a cabbage washing step (S400) of washing the pickled cabbage from the cutting pickling step three times in flowing water; and a cabbage dehydrating step (S500) of dehydrating the cabbage at room temperature for 3 hours to naturally discharge moisture of the washed cabbage from the cabbage washing step. |
