PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift register in which noise of an output signal is small and which can suppress deterioration of the characteristics of a transistor.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes a first transistor, second transistor, third transistor and fourth transistor. In the first transistor, a first terminal is connected to first wiring, a second terminal is connected to a gate terminal of the second transistor, and a gate terminal is connected to fifth wiring. In the second transistor, a first terminal is connected to third wiring and a second terminal is connected to sixth wiring. In the third transistor, a first terminal is connected to second wiring, a second terminal is connected to a gate terminal of the second transistor, and a gate terminal is connected to fourth wiring. In the fourth transistor, a first terminal is connected to the second wiring, a second terminal is connected to the sixth wiring, and a gate terminal is connected to the fourth wiring. |
