摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-iron-loss high-magnetic-flux-density grain-oriented electrical steel sheet which is low in iron loss owing to formation of finer magnetic domain grooves having an appropriate groove shape factor and excellent in magnetic characteristics because the magnetic flux does not deteriorate after stress removal annealing.SOLUTION: In a low-iron-loss high-magnetic-flux-density grain-oriented electrical steel sheet subjected to a finer magnetic domain treatment by forming a large number of linear grooves in the surface, with the groove depth from the surface to the bottom part of the steel sheet as H and the horizontal length of the bottom surface at a depth from the surface of the steel sheet of 4/5 or more of the groove depth as W, the groove depth and the horizontal length of the bottom surface meet the relationship of 0.1≤2H/W≤2.
