PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding member that binds to Extra Domain-A(ED-A) isoform of fibronectin for detecting and treating rheumatoid arthritis.SOLUTION: Disclosed is the use of an antibody molecule that binds to Extra Domain-A(ED-A) isoform of fibronectin (A-FN) in preparation of medicaments for treating rheumatoid arthritis. Also disclosed is the use of an antibody molecule that binds to ED-A of fibronectin, as well as the use of the antibody molecule in preparation of diagnostic products for rheumatoid arthritis.
