PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transmission efficiency digital broadcasting data.SOLUTION: A header of a baseband frame includes: a piece of single/plural input stream information; a piece of fixed/adaptive code modulation system information; and a piece of null packet deletion execution/un-execution information, excluding at least any one of the above. In a signaling, when it is detected that any one of the above is excluded from the header of the baseband frame, a piece of information relevant to at least one of the single/plural input stream information, the fixed/adaptive code modulation system information and the null packet deletion execution/un-execution information is transmitted.
