<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a load for making a communication terminal such as a PC or an electronic blackboard correspond to enriching of content is high.SOLUTION: A distribution control system 2 includes: a browser 20 and an encoder bridge part 30 for carrying out encoding on a cloud. Thus, the browser 20 generates frame data as still image (sound) data from content data shown in predetermined descriptive language such as HTML, and the encoder bridge part 30 converts the frame data into video (sound) data of a data format which can be distributed via a communication network 9. Then, the distribution control system 2 distributes the video (sound) data to a communication terminal 5. Therefore, the communication terminal 5 side is able to smoothly reproduce Web content without requiring any labor or cost of updating the browser of an own terminal or enhancing the specifications of a CPU or the like. Thus, it is possible to solve the problem that the load of the communication terminal 5 becomes high due to enriching of the content.</p> |
