[Problem] To efficiently perform grid line removal processing and scattered ray removal processing while reducing the burden on the radiographer depending on whether or not a grid is used when imaging. [Solution] The presence or absence of grid lines in a radiographic image is detected, and if grid lines are detected, processing is performed to remove the grid lines from the radiographic image, which is then displayed. If grid lines are not detected, removal processing is performed on the radiographic image, and the radiographic image from which scattered rays have been removed and the radiographic image before said processing are displayed.
