A vehicle body frame structure is applied to a saddled vehicle (100) in which a power transmitting mechanism (104) for transmitting the rotational output of a drive source (103) to a rear wheel (102) is disposed on one side in the width direction of the vehicle when viewed along the centerline of the vehicle in the width direction of the vehicle. The vehicle body frame structure is provided with a head pipe (2) and a pair of main frames (3 (3L, 3R)) branched in the width direction of the vehicle from the head pipe (2) and extending rearward. The pair of main frames (3 (3L, 3R)) respectively has facing portions (45R, 45L) which face the power transmitting mechanism (104) in the width direction of the vehicle. The rigidity of the facing portion (45R) located on the other side in the width direction of the vehicle is lower than the rigidity of the facing portion (45L) located on one side in the width direction of the vehicle.
