The present invention relates to an ultrasonic punching and depositing device. More specifically, the device comprises an ultrasonic punching unit and a depositing unit to deposit a sensor holder into a hole punched by ultrasonic vibrations to mount the sensor holder on a bumper fascia of an automobile. The device prevents damage to or whitening phenomena on a surface coating layer coated on the surface of the bumper while punching and depositing the sensor holder, and punches a hole to form smooth and round corners around the hole. Additionally, when an angle of the ultrasonic punching unit is changed, or a mold for the sensor holder is modified, an ultrasonic punching and embossing shape is machined accordingly, and an ultrasonic punch hone and an ultrasonic tool hone can be conveniently set and managed. |
