PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy installation of an additional compressor at a low cost with existing compressors hardly changed at a time of installing the additional compressor to the existing compressors in a compressor system including a plurality of compressors.SOLUTION: Provided is a number-of-compressors control device 6 for use in a case of installing an additional compressor to the existing compressors. A low compressor group C1' is formed such that low-signal transmission means 8 connects a selected compressor C1A selected from the existing compressors and an additional compressor C1B to be added to a switching board 9. The switching board 9 of the low compressor group C1' is connected to the number-of-compressors control device 6 via signal transmission means 7, and the switching board 9 is used to control the selected compressor C1A and the additional compressor C1B on assumption of the two compressors C1A and C1B as one set.
