PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side wall structure for a ski or a snowboard, which is excellent in durability and which simplifies a process.SOLUTION: A route of a groove 220 is determined on a surface of a core 210. A thermosetting polymer solution is injected into the groove 220. The thermosetting polymer solution is hardened to form a thermosetting polymer mold. An area between an outer periphery of the core 210 and an outer periphery of the groove is removed without making the thermosetting polymer mold stripped off, and a side wall integrally surrounding the core 210 is formed. |
