PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station device that takes a method of specifying a resource for arrangement of a control signal of an HARQ by a base station device into consideration.SOLUTION: A mobile station device includes: a scheduling section which determines a first physical uplink control channel resource based upon a first physical downlink control channel, and determines a second physical uplink control channel resource based upon a second physical downlink control channel when the first physical downlink control channel and the second physical downlink control channel are received with a certain sub-frame; and a transmission section which transmits information associated with an HARQ to a base station device using one physical uplink control channel resource selected between the first physical uplink control channel resource and the second physical uplink control channel resource.
